Ingress NGINX

We decided to put Ingress NGINX on hold, as the Kubernetes SIG Network and the Security Response Committee announced the retirement of Ingress NGINX. We recommend users switch to Traefik ingress as it should allow smooth transition and also enables the usage of the GatewayAPI, which is the successor of the IngressAPI.

Ingress NGINX was, for many years, the industry workhorse for Kubernetes traffic management. We relied on its stability, performance, and extensive documentation for production clusters, but have since moved on to other networking technologies.
